Sources: HUD public housing buildings, LIHTC, HUD-assisted multifamily (PBRA / Section 8), HUD-insured, Section 811/202, USDA Rural Development multifamily, and addresses confirmed to accept Section 8 vouchers — merged and deduplicated by canonical address. Housing authority boundaries are HUD eGIS estimated service areas (experimental; not validated by PIH). Properties without coordinates appear in the list but not on the map, and the count of each is stated above; while an authority is selected they are excluded because they cannot be jurisdiction-tested. Program tags reflect source registries, not a guarantee of current availability — contact the property. Management and ownership details shown on click are business-level organization contacts only; this public demo shows a capped list, and the licensed PHA workspace unlocks the full inventory.
